RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at cs@igelbeauty.com to alert us of the damage.

Please attach a photo of the damaged products in your email. Depending on the product, we may or may not require you to return the damaged item back to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

  • Question: What is the discount code?

    Answer: The 50% promo code is automatically applied at checkout.

  • Question: My USPS tracking status is still at "Pre-Shipment", why?

    Answer: Your order was shipped on the date that the label was created.

    USPS is also backed up due to the pandemic, and their systems are not refreshing the status updates of the package as accurately as they normally would. Because of this, tracking may not be updated until it reaches or near destination.

  • Question: How long is the shipping time?

    Answer: Due to the high volume of sales during the 50% site wide promotion in addition to conditions with the pandemic, we are doing our best to process orders as soon as possible. After they are processed, shipping is 3-5 business days in addition to any delays due to Covid-19 via USPS/FedEx. Thank you for your patience and continued support!
  • Question: My tracking says my package was delivered and left at the front door but I did not receive it!

    Answer: Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise. If your package is missing, please contact the courier to locate the missing package and to open a claim. 

    This also tends to happen when it is out for delivery by the courier, please give it 24 hours to become visible or you can give the courier (USPS/FedEx) customer service a call directly to track your package.

    Orders amount $200+ will require a signature confirmation at delivery. Please make sure you are shipping to an address where you will be available to sign for it.
  • Question: I ordered my acrylic shields, when will my order ship?

    Answer: Acrylic shields ordered from 4/22 on will be processed and fulfilled on 5/15

  • Question: How much are the acrylic shields?

    Answer: The acrylic shields are $390 for 6-pack or $780 for 12-pack.

  • Question: I need to change my order after completing checkout -- help!

    Answer: No worries, we will be edit your order to add or remove items and a refund, or new invoice will be created for you. Please live chat us using the "Message Us" button at the bottom right corner or email cs@igelbeauty.com
