Shipping Policy

iGel Beauty is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

We do our best to ship out orders within 10 business days.  Orders placed during peak times such as sales and holidays may take longer to leave our fulfillment center.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by SMS/Email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add cs@igelbeauty.com to your safe sender’s list.

As a courtesy to expedite processing, we may combine shipment for your open orders.  Shipping is based on weight, dimension, and location of delivery; therefore, we are unable to refund any shipping fees.

We are NOT responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason.  All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

  1. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address – what do I do?

We understand that mistakes happen – maybe you accidentally ordered to a relative’s house that was autofilled or forgot your apartment number.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com immediately to rectify the situation.

If your order has already been fulfilled please immediately reroute the package here on USPS website.   Please note adjustment fee’s may apply via USPS.

If your order has already been returned to sender, please notify us at cs@igelbeauty.com and we will reship your package upon receipt.  Please note that reshipping fee’s may apply.

      4. My XS eFile and Hybrid Pro Lamp isn't working!

The XS eFile and Hybrid Pro Lamp have a one year warranty for manufacturer defects. If for any reason the item is approved for a return, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted.

      5. Help!! My order has been shipped but I haven’t gotten it yet!

Please note that iGel Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the courier.

We take package recovery very seriously and do everything we can to rectify the situation. We now offer Route at an extremely discounted price for all of our customers.

What is Route?   Route is a "peace of mind" package protection service for all your orders at an extremely affordable price. This is provided and easily added at checkout for your convenience.  After checkout, you will receive an email notification directly from route regarding your insurance policy.  For just $1 for orders below 100$, you don't have to worry about what to do if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged.  Simply file a claim, and they will refund or reorder your items!
