For the low cost of 98 cents for orders below $100, and 2% of your order for orders above, you can insure your ENTIRE order!

All order issues must be initialized to iGel Beauty in the time requirements below. iGel Beauty and our Package Protection Shipping Insurance company are not responsible for orders that fall outside the below terms and conditions.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

Package is Lost: If your tracking has been stuck for 14 business days domestic, 27 business days international, we will immediately reship your order.

Package is Stolen: If your tracking is marked delivered but has not been received after 3 business days, please file a police report, submit a screenshot to us, and we will immediately reship your order.

What if my order is damaged? *Must be informed to iGel Beauty within 7 days that the package is marked delivered.

1. Photo of the condition the package arrived in

2. Photo of the broken/damaged/spilled items

3. List of the broken/damaged/spilled items

4. Whether you prefer a refund to original method of payment (will take 3-5 business days), a gift card (never expires, can be used on your next order), or a reshipment.

What if my order is missing/incorrect items? *Must be informed to iGel Beauty within 7 days that the package is marked delivered.
