RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 7 days of receipt in exchange for an igelbeauty gift card.  For safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards, all items must be in new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.  


Please note: If an open, used, or damaged item is returned, we are unable to process the return.


If you are seeking a refund due to an issue with your order, please see our Order FAQ page for our policies regarding damaged, incorrect, missing, or lost/stolen orders.


Please do not send unauthorized packages back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

All returns are refunded via store credit or gift card and will be available within 14 business days from the day we receive your return package.  iGel Beauty does not issue credit for original or return shipping charges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we do our best to ensure your products won’t be damaged during transit, we understand that it's possible it may happen along the way. This is why we have teamed up with iGuard Package Protection in order to provide all of our customers extended shipping insurance - iGuard package protects your order from loss, damage, or theft.

SALE ITEMS

All sale / discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

As of this time, we do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You may, however, process a return and use your gift card/store credit to place another order.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund has been initiated from iGel Beauty, to show up on your transactions.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If it does not show up within 3-5 business days, please contact your credit card company - different companies have different processing times.  If you've done all of this and you still cannot locate your refund, please contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com for further confirmation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESS? HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Hey Beauty! Our returns process is made as simple as possible.  To initiate return, please make sure that it follows our terms stated above.


To initiate your returns process, contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com with the below information:


1. Order #

2. Exact items you wish to return

3. Why you wish to return them

4. Are they in original, unopened, condition?


Once your return has been approved:


1.  You will receive an email with an attached RMA form that includes our return terms and policies, as well as return instructions.  Please fill out this form and read it in its entirety.  Include one copy of this form in your return package, and respond to the email with an electronic copy so that your return will not be misdelivered.


2.  Afterwards, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email.  Please make sure to package your products carefully, as iGel Beauty is not responsible for any damage occurred during the return transit, and is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages.


3.  Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will go through our inspection process to make sure all products are undamaged, unused and in original, sealed condition.  Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it.  During peak season such as holidays or sales, please allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes.


You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed along with your iGel Beauty gift card.
