United StatesI have been getting so excited about finally doing my nails. I always believe in supporting small businesses, however, it was getting costly. I bought and returned several e-files because I just wasn't happy. Well forget about happiness, I am in love. Finally, an e-file that has a small enough handpiece so that it is comfortable to hold and position correctly. Now my hand does not get tired. The cord is long enough from the handpiece to the unit, great that it has a digital reading and I am not bound by a location. I can do my nails outside. Plus, it is so quiet that my husband doesn't get irritated at the noise. I highly recommend this e-file and of course, I had to get it in my favorite color. I also have to mention that when I was investigating this e-file and it wasn't cheap I contacted customer service about the handpiece measurement and they actually responded which is why I decided to make the leap. Thank you for that.
