> How long does it take to ship an order?

We do our best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days. However, orders placed during peak times such as sales and holidays may take longer to leave our fulfillment center. We also do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you have received it via SMS/Email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, try checking your spam folder or add cs@igelbeauty.com to your safe senders list!

 

Did you possibly forget to add your email to order order? Don't worry ! Send us an email with your Order # and we'll attach it for you so you can receive email notifications going forward!

> How do I know if my order has been placed?

Hey there Beauty! 

 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a SMS or Email confirmation at the phone number/email provided during checkout. You may also locate your orders on your account page!

> I haven't received my order confirmation

Order confirmations are sent immediately after an order has been placed via the SMS/Email provided at checkout.

> Why is my order still unfulfilled?

Hey there Beauty! We're just as excited as you are for you to receive your products! If your order is listed as unfulfilled that means that your order is still processing and has not been shipped yet.

 

 

Once it has been shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with your tracking number. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to update once you have received it!

> My order has shipped, when will it arrive?

Woohoo! The tracking now says it's in transit 😮 but when will it get here?!

 

 

iGel Beauty is located in Houston, TX. 

 

Any time required in transit depends on your location from us, as well as any possible delays due to the courier - this may especially happen during peak times such as holiday seasons.

> Can I adjust my order after I've placed it?

We totally get it - sometimes you've ordered one-too-many things, or regret not purchasing a few extra colors.

 

 

Don't worry! We would LOVE to adjust your order as long as it has not been fulfilled yet!🥰

> Can I cancel my order?

We're so sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order 😥. We would be more than happy to assist you with any adjustments if you'd wish!

 

 

If you still wish to cancel your order, we may do so only if your order has not been fulfilled yet.

 

 

For Order Adjustments/Order Cancellations please contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com and provide the necessary information such as your Order #, reason for cancelling, or what adjustments you would like made.

 

Reimbursements will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

> My items were damaged during shipping

We're so sorry to hear that your order was damaged during transit! While we do our best to package our products carefully, unfortunately accidents may occur as some of our products are more fragile than others.

 

 

We will be more than happy to reimburse you for your products - please contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com to start your claim with the following information:

 

1. Order #

2. List of Products that were damaged, and an included photo of each

3. Was your order packaged properly?

4. Was there any noticeable damage on the package when you've received it? If so may you please include a photo so we may file a claim with the courier

 

The last two questions help us greatly improve our quality assurance as well as relations with our courier to provide the best service we possibly can.

> My order is incorrect/has missing products

We're so sorry to hear that this has happened! We would love to rectify this situation ASAP - we take these concerns very seriously and will do everything we can to make things right.

2. Name of product(s) not received

3. Did you receive anything that you did not order instead?

4. Did you notice any tampering of your package? (Rips, holes, "re-taping") If so, may you please provide a photo

> My package says Delivered but I never received it

Hey there Beauty! 😍

 

 

We're so sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. Sometimes, the courier may incorrectly mark the package as delivered before it actually arrives but may not deliver it until the next few days.

 

 

In the meantime, please check in with your household members and neighbors, as well as your local post office for more information.

 

 

If you still do not receive your order in a few business days, we suggest to contact your local post office as they would have the most updated information on your package - you may also file a claim directly with the courier.
