How long does it take to ship an order?

We do our best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days. However, orders placed during peak times such as sales and holidays may take longer to leave our fulfillment center. We also do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you have received it via SMS/Email. If you don't see the email in your inbox, try checking your spam folder or add cs@igelbeauty.com to your safe senders list!

Did you possibly forget to add your email to order order? Don't worry ! Send us an email with your Order # and we'll attach it for you so you can receive email notifications going forward!

> How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are based on weight and distance. You may see your estimated shipping cost at checkout or in your shopping cart while you shop!


> Are Duties, Taxes, and/or Value Added Tax included when shipping internationally?

Customers are 100% responsible for all Customs, Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee.

> I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address - what do I do?

We understand that mistakes happen – maybe you accidentally ordered to a relative’s house that was autofilled or forgot your apartment number.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, contact us at cs@igelbeauty.comimmediately to rectify the situation.

If your order has already been fulfilled please immediately reroute the package here on USPS website. Please note adjustment fee’s may apply via USPS.

If your order has already been returned to sender, please notify us at cs@igelbeauty.com and we will reship your package once we have confirmed its "Returned to Sender" status.  Please note that reshipping or restocking fee's may apply.

Hey Beauty!

We're so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may submit a return with us as long as it has been within 7 days of receipt. Please note that returns will only be processed if all items are new, unused, and in the same condition that you have received it.

Orders placed at a discounted amount, during sales, or has *Final Sale on the product page are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

All returns will be refunded in a form of store credit or a gift card.

> What is your returns process?

Hey Beauty! Our returns process is made as simple as possible.  To initiate return, please make sure that it follows our return policy 


To initiate your returns process, contact us at cs@igelbeauty.com with the below information:


1. Order #

2. Exact items you wish to return

3. Why you wish to return them

4. Are they in original, unopened, condition?


Once your return has been approved:


1.  You will receive an email with an attached RMA form that includes our return terms and policies, as well as return instructions.  Please fill out this form and read it in its entirety.  Include one copy of this form in your return package, and respond to the email with an electronic copy so that your return will not be misdelivered.


2.  Afterwards, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email.  Please make sure to package your products carefully, as iGel Beauty is not responsible for any damage occurred during the return transit, and is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages.


3.  Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will go through our inspection process to make sure all products are undamaged, unused and in original, sealed condition.  Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it.  During peak season such as holidays or sales, please allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes.


You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed along with your iGel Beauty gift card.

At the moment, we do not accept exchanges. However, if your products are valid for a return, you can initiate a return process and use the gift card for your next purchase!
